Costs for the chosen participants was cover as follows:
- Accommodation and food in Prague as well as outside Prague (Kostelec nad Černými lesy)
- Social program
- Travel Expenses inside the Czech Republic

Abroad Travel Costs Contribution was solve individually by each participant; financial support from national Academies of Sciences or other relevant institutions could be asked for.
